HOW SAFE ARE INDIAN’S
How safe are Indian’s be it at home or on road. Any body can forcefully enter your hose & rob you of your valuables at gun point, or can stop you on road & rob your bike, car, mobile, money. If retaliated can kill you. But certainly can get killed in a terrorist attack. Keeping terrorist attack aside which is a bigger issue even filing a crime report can be a hard nut to crack.
In cases of insurance it may get filed because of legalities involved & earning opportunities involved, but if it is a report of snatching (mobile, money, jewelries) police might not report this. They will even harass you "why are you reporting, you are not going to get it back, if you will report it you have to come to the police station daily & to the court when asked, have you seen the snatchers getaway vehicle no., why you want to waste your time for just a mobile or a gold chain" this is how they compel us not to file report so that to show there seniors the low crime rate in their area & there seniors want to show this to media how efficiently police is working.
And if you get killed in a terrorist attack every time they say "terrorist always have surprise element with them, we where having information from IB. that there is going to be an attack but we where not certain when & where." This shows how poor is our intelligence they always have half the information. & your family might get compensation MIGNT is there (because you might have to bribe someone, go to the concerned department again-again to get the compensation.) There is even no. of families who lost there family member in Mumbai attack & other attack over the years have not received there compensation as yet. . I just want to ask these govt. spokespersons who appear in front of NEWS channels to consolidate citizen of India." If terrorist always have surprise element with them, the why there is not a signal terrorist attack on American soil post 9/11."
IMPOTANT ADMINISTRATION-
Few days back there was a calculation done by some organization that in developed nation like (America, UK and European countries) where crime rate is low there are 1000 police personals per 100000 civilians and I amazed to see no. of police personal per 100000 Indian’s is 9, out of this 75% of police is used in securities of VIP, VVIP, ministers, MLA’s etc. This is how police is been used by govt. which was formed to maintain law & order in state.
IMPOTANT POLICE DEPARTMENT-
I admit police personals can’t be every where but they have become lethargic they don’t want to work they have become same as our ministers who are there to enjoy luxuries of the post & to earn money in the form of bribe. As ministers do in clearing tenders, police do in clearing insurances.
I want to share a fact & what I saw my self. There are total 250 PCR vans in Delhi, out of this 75% are used by govt. & by other ministers. Now remains 25% of total PCR vans that is round about 62 in no. for whole Delhi.
Out of that I have see 5-6 PCR vans at same time at same place having free lunch at road side DABA (Punjabi kitchen) many times. Then who is guarding us at that time, When almost 10% of total police for civilians is having lunch for an hour together. And if you want to do self policing by catching a thief then they will tell you "you should have called us, what for are we? why you have interfered? Are they your relatives? This is how self policing is stopped by police. Now even people have stopped helping each other because of police harassment. Police don’t want to work and they also don’t want other’s (civilians) to work so that not to get highlighted in media as in capable police department.
I have even seen people who want to be a police personal wanting to join police department just to get a permanent govt. job & to have authority of law & order in their hands. Even if police department is giving less salary they will manage rest of it with bribe & exploitation.

Few days back I came to know astonishing fact about Uttar Pradesh police that they are taking money to eliminate anyone. They are even collecting money from criminals, robbers, snatchers to do there work (crime) freely. They take money from rich & influential people to suppress poor, to cover accidental caser & other crime.
This is mere the example how law & order is dealt in NCR region & I am hope full it is done same in rest of India.
I am not surprised with all this when you have criminals in your state govt., murder suspect, murderers & gangsters in central govt. what type of society you are expecting to live in.
